Printing Services has partnered with Ricoh to maintain campus copiers and printers. The new process for keeping your machine going has never been easier.
RICOH Machines
If you have a Ricoh machine, toner and staples will automatically be ordered for you when your device starts to run low, and the supplies will be delivered directly to your department. If you have problems installing new toner cartridges or staples, contact our service team for assistance.
To send back used/empty toner bottles, visit Ricoh Recycling to get the labels. You can use any box to send back toners; however, the box cannot exceed 25 pounds. Please note, partaking in the Ricoh Recycle Program does not warrant credits for any of the returns. If you decide not to participate in our recycling program, you can dispose of the bottles per your local waste management regulations. If you have any questions or problems, contact us via email and have the EID# of your machine ready. The EID# can be found on the sticker on the front panel of your machine.

Xerox and Canon Machines
If you have a Xerox or Canon in your department, please message cmptoner@uark.edu to get service and supplies. You will need to include your machine’s MO# at the time of request.
